在摩洛哥王国杰拉达煤矿三号立井的施工中,我们采用了济宁矿山机械厂生产的FJD—9A型伞形钻架,配备6台导轨式独立回转凿岩机钻眼。伞钻的供风系统中,装有与凿岩机数量相同的QIU—40型油雾器,以供凿岩机、推进风马达等润滑用。但铝质的油雾器易受动臂的碰捕而损坏,在现场修复比较困难。
In the construction of No. 3 Shahejie mine in the Kingdom of Morocco, we used the FJD-9A umbrella stand manufactured by Jining Mining Machinery Factory and equipped with 6 rail-mounted independent rotary rock drills to drill the eye. Umbrella drill air supply system, equipped with the same number of rock drill QIU-40-type lubricator for rock drilling machines, propeller air motors and other lubrication purposes. However, the aluminum mist eliminator vulnerable to the impact of the collision with the boom, repair in the field more difficult.
