引进技术,消化吸收并形成自己的技术体系是迅速提高企业综合能力,推动国民经济快速发展的捷径。通过技术引进,湖南省的经济稳步发展,贸易结构、产业结构得到了优化,扩大了企业的就业规模。为了更好地落实技术引进工作,湖南省应该做到:转变政府职能,健全技术引进机制;技术引进与自主开发并重;确定技术引进的重点领域,推进产业结构调整;高度重视和扶持民营企业引进技术。
The introduction of technology, digestion and absorption and the formation of its own technical system are the shortcuts for rapidly raising the comprehensive capabilities of enterprises and promoting the rapid development of the national economy. Through the introduction of technology, the economy of Hunan Province has been developing steadily, the trade structure and industrial structure have been optimized, and the employment scale of enterprises has been expanded. In order to better implement the technology import work, Hunan Province should do the following: transform the functions of the government, improve the technology import mechanism, equal emphasis on the introduction of technology and independent development, determine the key areas of technology import and promote the readjustment of the industrial structure, attach great importance to and support the introduction of private enterprises technology.
