血管肉瘤是罕见的软组织肿瘤,占所有软组织肉瘤的1%~2%[1]。可发生于身体任何部位,但常见于皮肤和浅表的软组织,尤其是老年人头颈部,其次是四肢[2]。消化道血管肉瘤极为罕见。本文报道1例原发于胃的血管肉瘤并结合文献复习,探讨本病的临床病理特点、鉴别诊断及预后。1材料与方法1.1临床资料患者男性,60岁。因腹痛不适入院,查体无明显异常。胃镜检查示:贲门小弯侧隆起
Angiosarcoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, accounting for 1% to 2% of all soft tissue sarcomas [1]. May occur in any part of the body, but common in the skin and superficial soft tissue, especially the elderly head and neck, followed by limbs [2]. Gastrointestinal sarcoma is extremely rare. This article reports a case of primary angiosarcoma in the stomach and literature review, to explore the clinical and pathological features of the disease, differential diagnosis and prognosis. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data Patients Male, 60 years old.
