药品作为人们生活中的必需品之一,对人们的生命健康起着至关重要的作用。制药业发展迅速的今天,药品的价格也渐渐引起人们的重视,药物的出厂价和销售价格相差悬殊,瞠目结舌的医疗腐败和医患矛盾的加剧,这一系列问题亟待解决和探究。药品价格虚高追其本质实际上是体制问题,市场有着一定的不可控制性,市场主导型的药品流通体制,双向垄断的医院经营体制都在一定程度上影响了错综复杂的药价。对药品价格虚高这一现象在经济学领域进行探究并采取措施加以应对刻不容缓。
