语言是最重要的人际交往工具,也是幼儿认识世界,学好每一门课和做好每一件事的重要基础。幼儿园时期是幼儿语言积累的关键时期,也是幼儿语言发展的最为有效的起步阶段。因此,语言教学当之无愧地成为幼儿教育的重点,发展孩子的语言、提高孩子的说话能力是幼儿教师应当肩负的重要使命。我们要积极利用现有的条件,努力营造训练的氛围,打破时间和空间的界限,多渠道多角度地发展孩子的语言,让孩子真正地想说、敢说、善说、勤说,从而让语言陪伴着孩子们健康快乐地成长,并为孩子们的终身学习和发展奠定坚实的基础。下面笔者从四个方面谈谈如何培养幼儿的说话能力。
Language is the most important tool for interpersonal communication. It is also an important foundation for young children to know the world, learn every lesson and do everything well. Kindergarten is a critical period for young children to accumulate language and is also the most effective starting stage for the development of children’s language. Therefore, language teaching deservedly become the focus of early childhood education, developing children’s language and improving children’s ability to speak are important tasks that kindergarten teachers should shoulder. We should make active use of existing conditions, strive to create a training atmosphere, break the boundaries of time and space, develop children’s languages in a multi-channel and multi-perspective manner so that children will really want to say, dare to say, say good and diligently, Language accompanies children to grow healthily and happily, and lays a solid foundation for children’s lifelong learning and development. The following author talks about how to cultivate children’s speaking ability from four aspects.
