为适应社会发展需要,我国的职业教育也在不断调整中往更加明朗的方向不断发展。当下,中职学校的在校学生人数还在不断攀升之中,凸显了中职学校在广大学生和家长心中是一个不错的选择,而我们不得不直面的一个现实问题就是学生因此而大幅度增加的就业竞争压力。若想要使千千万万的中职学校毕业生在踏入社会后能够尽可能地实现自我价值,中职学校就需要在对学生的多方面发展上下功夫,实现对学生多方面能力的培养,以达到培育出适合于当今社会发展所需要的全能型人才的最终目的。本文结合当下社会中的实际情况针对该问题作相关思考以及提出部分相关措施,下文详述。
