频率合成器是短波通信设备的一个重要组成部分,它对短波通信的质量有很大的影响。在以往生产的短波通信设备中,频率合成器大都采用分立元件或中小规模集成电路,因而体积比较大,功耗也较高,不利于移动通信。本文主要介绍采用 CMOS 大规模锁相环频率合成器 MC145152及双模前置分频器μPB571C 设计制作的3.4~4.2MHz 频段锁相频率合成器。该频率合成器技术指标要求高,其频率间隔为2kHz,输出为高次谐波低于-20dB 的正弦波。这个频率合成器有一个显著特点,即高频工作的器件在低频段的正常使用。该频率合成器的核心部件是 MC145152 和μPB571C。
Frequency synthesizer is an important part of shortwave communication equipment, it has a great impact on the quality of shortwave communication. In the past, the production of short-wave communications equipment, most of the frequency synthesizer using discrete components or small and medium scale integrated circuits, so the volume is relatively large, power consumption is also high, is not conducive to mobile communications. This article mainly introduces CMOS phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer MC145152 and dual-mode prescaler μPB571C designed 3.4 ~ 4.2MHz band frequency synthesizer. The frequency synthesizer specifications demanding, the frequency interval of 2kHz, the output is higher than the harmonic below -20dB sine wave. A notable feature of this frequency synthesizer is the normal use of high frequency devices in the low frequency range. The heart of the frequency synthesizer is the MC145152 and μPB571C.
