本文为青岛市区 1993～1996年 3年间 197例病残儿家庭近 600人进行优生咨询检查。并对197例病残儿家庭二胎进行优生监护。监护内容为:孕前,早孕环境因素防治,中孕羊水细胞产前诊断,晚孕生殖道护理,产后随访,特别是把好中孕羊水产前诊断关口。胎儿单基因病检出率为4.57％,染色体病检出率为10.66％,多基因病检出率为3.03％,使二胎正常生育率达90％以上,减少了出生缺陷儿的发生。
This article is from 1993 to 1996 in Qingdao City, 197 cases of disabled children in nearly three hundred families for eugenics consultation examination. 197 cases of disabled children and second-degree family eugenics monitoring. Guardianship content: pre-pregnancy, early pregnancy prevention and treatment of environmental factors, prenatal diagnosis of amniotic fluid cells in pregnancy, reproductive tract care of late pregnancy, postpartum follow-up, especially in the diagnosis of prenatal amniotic fluid checkpoint. Fetal single gene disease detection rate was 4.57%, chromosome disease detection rate was 10.66%, polygenic disease detection rate was 3.03%, so that the second child birth rate of 90% or more, reducing the incidence of birth defects.
