我厂在改制大型变压器时,有部分厚紫铜排要求在保护好绝缘部分的前提下(除施焊处外),进行现场焊接。这些绝缘部分是由绝缘纸、白纱带、清漆之类组成,还有油类物质等,极易燃烧,这样就不允许大面积地用强热源进行预热焊接。我们在分析紫铜的几种施焊方法后认为,既要保证焊接质量,又要照顾到上述情况,对紫铜排采用手工电弧冷焊比较适宜,现将其工艺简介如下:
