目的:探讨会厌囊肿的治疗方法。方法:24例会厌囊肿患者采取间接喉镜下低温等离子治疗。结果:24例中,20例一次性治愈,4例于半月后再次治疗,获得治愈。0.5 a后复查,未见囊肿复发,喉部无异常改变。结论:间接喉镜下低温等离子治疗会厌囊肿具有出血少,手术时间短,患者痛苦小,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore the treatment of epiglottis cyst. Methods: Twenty - four patients with epiglottis cyst were treated with indirect laryngoscope plasma therapy. Results: In 24 cases, 20 cases were cured at one time and 4 cases were treated again after half a month to get cure. After 0.5 a review, no recurrence of cysts, no abnormal changes in the larynx. Conclusion: Indirect laryngoscope plasma treatment epiglottis cyst with less bleeding, shorter operative time, the patient suffering little, the recurrence rate is low, worthy of clinical promotion.
