通过建立后拱区传热物理模型,对火床炉后拱区传热问题进行了探讨。对4t/h快装炉的实例计算结果表明,加长型后拱在强化火床燃烧和燃尽方面具有确切的优良特性。
By establishing the physical model of heat transfer in the arch area, the heat transfer problem in the rear arch area of the fire bed furnace was discussed. An example calculation of a 4t / h quicklighter shows that the extended back arch has definite good properties in terms of enhanced combusting and burnout.
