心理品质是指人在认识过程、情感过程和意志过程中所表现的心理特点,是人的心理素质的集中体现。在教育教学活动中,教师心理品质对学生心灵的影响,是其他教育手段无法代替的,它不仅表现为一种教学才能,直接影响着教师教育教学工作的成败,而且作为一种巨大的教育力量,潜移默化地影响着学生的人格及其发展。心理品质有多个方面,主要有智力、情感、意志、兴趣和性格。优秀的地理教师应该拥有这些方面的优秀品质。
Psychological quality refers to the psychological characteristics of people in the process of understanding the process, the emotional process and the will, and is a concentrated expression of the people’s psychological quality. In education and teaching activities, the influence of teachers’ psychological quality on students’ hearts is irreplaceable by other educational methods. Excellent geography teachers should have excellent qualities in these areas.
