刚刚闭幕的中共吉林省第九次代表大会,是凝聚全省方方面面的力量,共同开创振兴吉林、富民强省新局面的重要会议。传达、学习、贯彻好九次党代会精神,是当前全省的一件大事。松原作为一个资源大市、农业大市,总体形势和全省一样,正处于经济快速增长期和社会矛盾多发期。市第四次党代会提出,到2011年全市地区生产总值达到1200亿元,年均增长22%;全口径财政收入达到120亿元,年均增长22.5%;固定资产投资累计完成2400亿元,年均增长30%;三次产业比调整为14.2:58.3:27.5。实现这个发展目标,我们将按照省九次党代会的要求和部署,重点在以下四个方面寻求新的、更大的突破。
The just-concluded 9th CPC Congress in Jilin Province is a gathering of all aspects of the province and an important meeting to revitalize the new situation of Jilin Province and enrich the people. Fourth Party Congress proposed that by 2011 the city's GDP reached 120 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 22%; full-caliber fiscal revenue reached 12.0 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 22.5%; total investment in fixed assets completed 240 billion Yuan, an average annual increase of 30%; tertiary industry adjusted to 14.2: 58.3: 27.5. To achieve this goal, we will seek new and greater breakthroughs in the following four areas in accordance with the requirements and deployment of the provincial party congress.
