运用透射电镜研究了含Ｓｉ钢准上贝氏体中贝氏体铁素体（ＢＦ）／残余奥氏体（ＡＲ）的界面错配位错，发现是混合型位错，使得界面能沿其法线方向作滑移运动，表明贝氏体可以切变形成。
