本文叙述了5-(2- 羟乙基)-4-甲基-恶唑的合成及其反应机理。用3-氯-5-羟基-2-戊酮与甲酰胺为原料经环合、水解反应得到了所需要的产品,对中间体及产品进行的光谱研究,证明了1966年Lindberg UH得到的产物为酯,而不是原料甲酸胺与产品醇的混合物。
This article describes the synthesis of 5- (2-hydroxyethyl) -4-methyl-oxazole and its reaction mechanism. Using 3-chloro-5-hydroxy-2-pentanone and formamide as starting materials, cyclization and hydrolysis gave the desired product. The spectroscopic studies on intermediates and products proved that the product obtained by Lindberg UH in 1966 Is an ester rather than a mixture of the starting formic acid amine and product alcohol.
