倾听是幼儿接触社会、接受信息的手段之一;倾听他人既是一个听的过程,也是一个学的过程。学会倾听不但能准确了解对方所要表达的意思,更是尊重对方的一种表现;学会倾听可以从对方的言语中学习到更多的知识及与人相处的态度和原则。越善于倾听他人意见的人,与他人关系就越融洽。善于倾听不仅能够很好地掌握语言的表达方式,而且能很好地锻炼幼儿的思维能力。一、在培养幼儿倾听能力的过程中存在的一些问题1.不重视倾听能力的培养。许多家长和教师遇到幼儿插嘴或不专心倾听时就训斥、责备孩子。这样会导致孩子丧失对倾听的欲望和兴趣,从而变得不爱倾听或不会倾听。有的家长以孩子为中心,觉得插话行为是孩子自信、能干的表现,往往过分顺着孩子,以至于幼儿越来越不会倾听。2.幼儿身心发展特点的局限。受年龄特点的限制,幼儿自制力弱、注意力容易分散,不能够专注地听讲或者理解听的内容。幼儿不良的倾听习惯
