黑河專員公署各市縣旗人民政府: 近來市場物價採購供應工作,仍存在若干問題,需要很好掌握管理,特作如下補充充指示: 一、凡國家鐵路不予托運之小麥、大豆、籽仁、牛皮等貨物皆需嚴加管理,其辦法: (一)在市塲價格上必須遵守國家牌價,公私交易不得任意抬價壓價或藉口從等級上變象抬價壓價。對粮谷交易市塲必須嚴加管理。
