我国每年种植向日葵的面积都在100万公顷左右,尤其是近几年,大粒型的磕食型向日葵种植面积在不断扩大,其子仁已成为食品加工的重要蛋白原料,而子实产量却与栽培环境密切相关。因此,掌握向日葵的高产栽培技术就显得十分必要。一、播前准备 1.轮作。这是农业生产中十分重要的技术环节,能影响产量的20—32%。轮作周期一般在4年以上,适当延长可大幅度提高单产。主要的轮作方式有:①向日葵—杂粮—高粱—谷子—玉米;②向日葵—谷子—玉米—大豆—高粱。
