本文介绍南京钢铁厂高炉煤气在薄板车间链式加热炉罩式退火炉及常化炉等工业炉上使用十年的经验。这在国内是第一次使用。文中介绍高炉煤气使用过程中的优缺点。证明低热值的高炉煤气是薄板车间工业炉价廉物美的理想燃料。建议在冶金工厂内的型钢加热炉及锻造炉上推广使用高炉煤气。
This paper introduces the experiences of 10 years used by blast furnace gas of Nanjing Iron and Steel Plant in industrial furnaces such as chain furnace annealing furnaces and furnaces for normalizing furnaces in sheet metal workshops. This is the first time in the country. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the use of blast furnace gas. It is proved that the low calorific value blast furnace gas is the ideal fuel for the cheap and cheap industrial furnace in the thin plate workshop. Proposed to promote the use of blast furnace gas in the metallurgical factory steel furnace and forging furnace.
