My mining kindergarten, a good boy every week, commented on a “little red flower.” However, the conditions for appraising children are very comprehensive, so there are several “nice kids” who get red flowers every week. In this way, many children are not interested in appraising the safflower, appraising the activities of the safflower did not play a positive role. I do not think there should be a uniform standard for the evaluation of small red flowers. According to the characteristics of each child, a small red flower should be rewarded promptly in the event of their progress or strengths. I had a very active child in my class, unable to sit in class, and “teased” other children. I noticed his strengths to help him overcome his shortcomings. When he made some progress, I awarded him a Safflower, and often reminds him to constantly carry forward the advantages, since then the child’s great changes.
