目的观察降脂方结合罗格列酮片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将90例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例;对照组仅给予饮食调理,观察组加服降脂方结合罗格列酮片,疗程均为3个月。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为68.9%、33.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TBIL、AST和ALT均显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组各指标无明显改善(P>0.05);且观察组各指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂方结合罗格列酮片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods Ninety patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each. The control group was given only dietary conditioning. The observation group was given rosuvastatin combined with Jiangzhi Decoction for 3 months . Results The total effective rate in observation group and control group was 68.9% and 33.3% respectively (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TBIL, AST and ALT in the observation group decreased significantly (P <0.05), while those in the control group showed no significant improvement (P> 0.05). The indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion lipid-lowering side with rosiglitazone tablets for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver clinical curative effect.
