一、何谓“双师型”教师20世纪80年代以来,职业学校教师综合素质的培养成为国际职业教育关注的热点。以美国为代表的许多国家纷纷把职校教师素质培养模式纳入研究的范畴。而我国在20世纪80年代中后期起步,职业教育中普遍存在重理论、轻实践,重知识传授、轻能力培养和知识应用的严重弊端,师资队伍建设和评价上偏重理论水平的情况日益严重。

The construction and evaluation of teacher ranks more and more on theoretical level.
