结合高斯热源模型与圆柱热源模型,对SS304不锈钢在不同温度下的性能进行仿真和分析。在持续恒定的热输入情况下建立热源模型,通过仿真模拟焊接参数,分析焊接中温度和残余应力复杂的变化过程,得出材料在高温下的性能。
Combined with Gaussian heat source model and cylindrical heat source model, the performance of SS304 stainless steel at different temperatures was simulated and analyzed. The heat source model was set up with a constant heat input. The welding parameters were simulated and the complicated process of temperature and residual stress in welding was analyzed. The performance of the material at high temperature was obtained.
