目的探讨医学放射工作人员辐射损伤敏感指标。方法对比分析医学放射组(139人)和对照组(48人)的指甲纵嵴色条甲、晶状体混浊和微核异常发生情况。结果医学放射组人群指甲纵嵴色条甲检出率高于对照组(P<0.01),但晶状体混浊检出率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);医学放射组人群指甲纵嵴色条甲检出率和晶状体混浊检出率均呈随放射作业工龄增加而上升趋势(P<0.05)。在控制年龄、性别和放射作业工龄后,与对照组比较,医学放射组人群发生指甲纵嵴色条甲的风险增加(优势比=6.896,95%可信区间为2.550~18.651,P<0.01)。医学放射组人群周围血淋巴细胞微核异常率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但医学放射组人群该指标呈随放射作业工龄增加而上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论指甲纵嵴色条甲可作为医学放射工作人员辐射损伤的敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the sensitive indicators of radiation injury of medical radiation workers. Methods A comparative analysis was made between the longitudinal color of the nail in the medical radiology group (139 persons) and the control group (48 persons), the opacity of the lens and the occurrence of micronucleus abnormalities. Results The detection rate of the color ridge of nail in the radiographic group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), but the detection rate of lens opacity was not significantly different from that of the control group (P> 0.05) The detection rate of the longitudinal color of the nail and the detection rate of lens opacity increased with the increase of working age (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the risk of nails longitudinal color bars in the medical radiation group increased after controlling for the age of service, sex and radiological service life (odds ratio = 6.896, 95% CI: 2.550-18.651, P <0.01) . There was no significant difference in abnormal rate of micronucleus of peripheral blood lymphocytes in medical radiation group compared with control group (P> 0.05). However, the index of medical radiation group increased with the increase of working age (P <0.05). Conclusion The longitudinal ridge color of nail can be used as a sensitive indicator of radiation injury of medical radiation workers.
