基于角色理论的高校学生兼职辅导员队伍建设探究

学生兼职辅导员是高校辅导员队伍的重要组成部分,在新形势下,对于全面推进学生工作队伍建设和加强思政教育具有重大意义。在实践过程中,学生兼职辅导员有其自身优点,但也存在必然的角色冲突及角色转换困难等问题。本文以角色理论为基础,全面剖析在校学生兼职辅导员所面对的角色期望和角色冲突,探究兼职辅导员的队伍建设,以期为探索辅导员队伍建设的规律性提供参考。
