对大鼠醋酸型、小鼠幽门结扎型及利血平型胃溃疡模型的药效实验证实：溃疡愈合宁对胃溃疡有显著的治疗作用。对大鼠结扎幽门胃液分泌影响实验表明：溃疡愈合宁中、小剂量组能显著增强胃液中胃蛋白酶活性，抑制总酸排出量。小鼠的镇痛及断尾止血实验证明：溃疡愈合宁三个剂量组均有止痛止血作用
The pharmacodynamics of rat model of acetic acid, pylorus ligation and reserpine-type gastric ulcers confirmed that ulcer healing has a significant therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer. The experiment on the secretion of pylorus gastric juice in rats was performed. The results showed that: ulcer healing Hezhong small dose group can significantly enhance the gastric juice pepsin activity, inhibit the total acid output. The analgesic and tail-closure hemostasis experiments in mice showed that the three groups of ulcer healing had analgesic and hemostatic effects.
