目的观察自拟康颈粉联合微波治疗宫颈上皮内瘤病变Ⅰ~Ⅲ级(CINⅠ~Ⅲ级)的临床效果。方法将该院2011年1月-2013年6月妇科门诊收治的宫颈上皮内瘤病变Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予单纯微波治疗,观察组采用康颈粉联合微波进行治疗,并对患者给予为期12个月的随访,对2组患者治疗效果及治疗后12个月的癌变率进行分析。结果 2组患者均未出现严重不良反应;观察组总有效率100.0%高于对照组的70.0%;治疗后1年,观察组未出现癌变患者,对照组癌变率为16.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟康颈粉结合微波治疗女性宫颈上皮内瘤病变效果显著,可有效提高治疗总有效率,降低癌变率,在极大程度上改善了患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ (CINⅠ ~ Ⅲ grade) with self-made Kang neck powder and microwave. Methods One hundred patients with grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who were treated in gynecology clinic from January 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received simple microwave treatment, The observation group was treated with Kang neck powder and microwave, and the patients were followed up for 12 months. The treatment effect and the rate of canceration in 12 months after treatment were analyzed. Results There was no serious adverse reaction in both groups. The total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group. The incidence of canceration in the observation group was 16.00% at 1 year after treatment. The difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Self-Kang neck powder combined with microwave treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the rate of cancer, to a great extent improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
