该文以不同人工老化天数的种子为材料,采用普通发芽法、垂直玻板法、高温法、盐浸法、低温法等发芽生理法对谷子种子活力的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明:几种方法均能明显反映谷子种子活力的变化,而以普通法配以垂直玻板法所测活力指数最能准确反映活力变化情况,因而分析了其作为谷子种子活力测定标准法的可行性。并指出高温法、盐浸法、低温法在特殊情况下可作为标准法的辅助方法
In this paper, seeds of different artificial aging days were used as materials to study the determination of the seed vigor of millet seeds by using common germination method, vertical glass plate method, high temperature method, salt immersion method and cryogenic method. The results showed that: (1) Several methods can obviously reflect the changes of the seed vigor of millet, while the vitality index measured by the common glass law combined with the vertical glass plate method can most accurately reflect the change of vitality. Therefore, it is analyzed as a standard method for the determination of millet seed vigor feasibility. And pointed out that the high temperature method, salt immersion method, low temperature method can be used as an auxiliary method in standard cases
