病例报告患者女,23岁,因妊娠8月伴头晕、鼻衄和牙龈出血10天,于1986年1月入院。既往无血液病史。体检:体温37.4℃,血压150/90毫米汞柱,面色苍白,巩膜无黄染,臀部肌注部位可见暗红色紫癜,全身中度水肿,浅淋巴结未触及。心肺正常。腹膨隆,肝脾未扪及,胎心音正常。骨髂无压痛。
Case report Female patient, 23 years old, due to pregnancy in August with dizziness, epistaxis and bleeding gums for 10 days, admitted in January 1986. No previous history of blood disease. Physical examination: body temperature 37.4 ℃, blood pressure 150/90 mm Hg, pale, scleral no yellow dye, buttocks intramuscular injection site can be seen purpura purpura, moderate edema, shallow lymph nodes not touched. Cardiopulmonary normal. Abdominal bulge, liver and spleen not palpable, fetal heart sound normal. Bony iliac without tenderness.
