实验研究了含开口补强三分之一弧长复合材料柱面壳结构的压缩行为.测试的开口补强件在开口处最终发生屈曲破坏,其最终屈曲载荷为65.922 kN.利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立相应有限元模型研究其屈曲行为,将屈曲破坏形式及载荷的计算结果与实验结果进行比较,证明所建立的模型正确有效.研究结果表明:在不补强情况下,随着开口面积增加,压缩屈曲载荷并非完全递减,而是在某一个开口面积范围内具有极大和极小值;在补强情况下,如果开口面积一定,屈曲载荷与开口高度成正比,与开口宽度成反比.因此,在设计和工艺允许的情况下,应尽量增加开口高度.
The compression behavior of the cylindrical shell with one-thirds arc-length reinforcement was experimentally investigated.The ultimate buckling load of the open reinforcement was 65.922 kN at the opening.Using ABAQUS finite element software The finite element model was established to study the buckling behavior of buckling, and the results of buckling damage form and load were compared with the experimental results to prove that the model was correct and effective.The results show that with the increase of the opening area, The compressive buckling load is not completely decreased, but it has the maximum and the minimum value within the range of the opening area. In the reinforced condition, if the opening area is constant, the buckling load is proportional to the opening height and inversely proportional to the opening width. Therefore, In the design and process permitting, should maximize the opening height.
