We use nimodipine and valproate combined treatment of migraine headache in 60 cases, and compared with nimodipine alone. The observations are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The treatment of 120 cases are in line with neurological diagnostic criteria, including typical migraine and general migraine headache attack frequency at least once a week.
