80年代以来,受商品经济大潮的冲击,教师队伍的稳定也受到一定影响。如今,沈阳市中小学试行校内结构工资制的探索,使许多心灰意冷的教师又恢复了自豪感。 增加投入 沈阳,自1988年被国家教委确定为全国教育综合改革试点城市后,从综合配套改革基础教育入手,深化中小学内部管理改革,全面推行校长负责制收到一定成效,但由于没有触及工资制度,原有的平均分配方式仍严重束缚着教师的积极性。
