效率、质量是先进制造技术的主体,高速、高精加工技术可极大地提高效率,提高产品的质量和档次,缩短生产周期和提高市场竞争能力。本文通过一个垫板的普通零件加工工艺编制过程,描述了根据现有合适的加工设备结合零件图纸要求对其加工的零件进行工艺分析,拟定加工方案的过程,从而阐述了合理的加工工艺方案不仅能节省成本,还能保证产品零件在生产过程中质量的稳定性及可控性,提高成品率,降低生产成本。
