安徽省福利彩票事业经过20多年的历程,发行和管理工作实现跨越式发展,取得了丰硕的成果。“十一五”期间,各级民政部门始终坚持“一把手”工程,把福利彩票发行作为民政工作的重点,强力推进,销量逐年递增,为“十二五”时期福利彩票事业的发展奠定了坚实基础。为加快福利彩票事业科学发展,增强福利彩票事业可持续发展能力,依据《中国福利彩票“十二五”发展规划纲要》、《安徽省国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》和《安徽省“十二五”民政事业发展规划》,结合全省福利彩票工作实际,安徽省于近日出台了《安徽省“十二五”福利彩票事业发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)。
