上市五年,四年亏损,从被实施退市风险警示,到寻求全面要约收购失败,再到以股东大会决议方式选择主动退市,*ST二重在经历了无可奈何的一波三折后最终如愿。5月21日,*ST二重在上交所正式摘牌,成为2014年退市制度改革后A股市场主动选择退市的第一股。按常理说,在A股上市现在对企业来说并不是件容易事,上市公司没有谁愿意选择离开,为什么*ST二重会主动退市呢?

According to common sense, listed in the A-share companies now is not an easy task, no one is willing to choose to leave the listed company, why * ST dual will take the initiative to delisting it?
