齐齐哈尔市拥有营业性驾驶员28000人,其中:客运驾驶员2600人,货运驾驶员17000人,出租车驾驶员8000人,危险品运输驾驶员400人。多年来,运管处对这支快速发展的驾驶员队伍十分重视,培训教育工作从未间断。交通部《营业性道路运输驾驶员职业培训管理规定》的出台,使我市营业性道路运输从业人员的职业培训工作进一步规范化、法制化,有力促进了我市道路运输业的健康发展。面对繁重的培训工作,在工作中我们始终坚持高起点、高标准、高质量的原则,至目前为止我市已报名参加培训人员24000人,已全部合格。其中:客运驾驶员1330人,货运驾驶员11281人,出租车驾驶员7438人,危险品运输驾驶员309人。我们的作法是:一、领导重视,抓好落实,是做好职业培训管理工作
Qiqihar City has 28,000 operating drivers, of whom 2600 are passenger pilots, 17,000 are cargo pilots, 8,000 are taxi drivers, and 400 are dangerous goods transport drivers.
