通过人们对诉讼盈亏价值评价的分析,尤其小额标的诉讼成本投入是否有价值的分析,提出人们在评价中忽略的四个问题。基于这一思考,探讨了诉讼成本投入与收益不配比的不同情况下诉讼存在的价值,顾及相关的影响因素,提出了解决问题的方法。
Through the analysis of the lawsuit profit and loss value evaluation, especially the analysis of the value of litigation cost litigation, we put forward four questions that people neglected in the evaluation. Based on this consideration, this paper discusses the value of litigation under different circumstances that litigation costs are not proportional to input and output, and takes into consideration the relevant factors and puts forward the solutions to the problems.
