①苯并[a]芘经诱导的大鼠肝S_9代谢后,对淋巴细胞的SCE频率比未诱导及只注二甲基亚砜诱导者显著升高;②SCE频率升高与S_9中AHH活性有关但不完全一致,③各S_9对SCE 频率影响程度的剂量反应关系不同;④培养液中分别加100微升各S_9组分,大部分淋巴细胞生长被抑制,对照组则无显著影响。

(4) Adding 100 microliters of each S_9 component to the culture medium, most of the lymphocyte growth was inhibited, while the control group had no significant effect.
