目的:观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液(高渗晶胶液)在抢救低血容量休克患者中的作用。方法:低血容量休克患者45例给以高渗晶胶液10~15 ml/min输注,当连续两次SBP均>90 mm Hg时停用,观察输注后5、10、30、60和120 min的HR及SBP的变化。同时,于输注前、输注后2、24 h采血查K+、Na+、C1-。结果:输注后5 min BP开始稳定,输注后10、30、60 min后SBP较输注前明显升高,维持约120 min(P<0.05)。输注后2 h血Na+有所升高,24 h基本恢复正常。结论:高渗晶胶液可迅速恢复低血容量休克患者的血容量,维持血流动力学稳定,快速纠正休克,对电解质影响不大。
