大众物质生活条件的改善,以及消费能力的提高,对于居住条件和保障生活的各类设施的需求都随之提高,同时,国家质量安全监督部门也会对民用建筑施工提出相应的要求。现代民用建筑基本上都能抵御一定的地震以及其他各类地质灾害,在安全方面也有极大的提高。预应力技术作为民用建筑施工工作中一种质量保障技术,对民用建筑具有重要的意义,本文即从预应力技术的作用机制出发,对预应力技术在民用建筑施工中的应用加以论证。

At the same time, the State Quality and Safety Supervision Department will also put forward corresponding requirements on civil construction. Modern civil buildings are basically able to withstand certain earthquakes and other types of geological disasters, but also greatly improve their safety. As a kind of quality assurance technology in civil construction work, prestressed technology is of great significance to civil construction. This paper starts from the mechanism of prestressed technology and demonstrates the application of prestressed technology in civil construction.
