现阶段我国少数民族特殊教育在发展过程中面临着多元文化的挑战,其中较为突出的问题是民族地区特殊教育不能满足民族特殊儿童的教育需要。从多元文化教育理论的视角对少数民族特殊教育问题加以分析和讨论对发展少数民族特殊教育理论具有一定的启示。借用多元文化主义教育的理论视角探析民族特殊教育发展中的挑战与问题时发现当前民族特殊教育呈现出解构与重构的多元文化边界、冲撞与互融的多元文化适应、缺失与重塑的多元文化关怀等理论问题。对上述问题还需要从其他理论视角进行剖析,有利于全面理解少数民族特殊教育。
At the present stage, the special education for ethnic minorities in our country faces the challenge of multiculturalism in the development process. The more prominent problem is that the special education in minority areas can not meet the educational needs of ethnic special children. Analyzing and discussing the issue of special education for ethnic minorities from the perspective of multicultural education theory has some enlightenment on the development of special education theory for ethnic minorities. To explore the challenges and problems in the development of special education for all through the theoretical perspective of multiculturalism education, we found that the current special education for ethnic minorities presents multiple cultural boundaries of deconstruction and reconstruction, that is, multiple cultural adaptation, lacking and remodeling of collision and integration Cultural care and other theoretical issues. The above questions also need to be analyzed from other theoretical perspectives, which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of special education for ethnic minorities.
