湖南省阳历10～12月,气温的下降幅度平均每月约为6℃。10月全省平均气温在17～19℃之间,11月下降到11～14℃,12月下降到6～8℃。到11月下旬,各地先后常有霜冻发生,12月,局部地区有降雪天气。今年四季度我省的灾害性天气主要是连绵阴雨和初霜冻,预计连绵阴雨出现时段在10月下旬至11月上旬,对晚稻收获贮藏和冬种生产不利。
From January to December in the solar calendar of Hunan Province, the average monthly temperature drop is about 6 ℃. The average temperature of the province in October was between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius, decreasing to 11-14 degrees Celsius in November and 6-8 degrees Celsius in December. By the end of November, frosts often occur in different places and in December, snowfalls have occurred in some areas. In the fourth quarter of this year, the disastrous weather in our province is mainly continuous overcast and early frost. It is estimated that the continuous rainy season occurs from late October to early November, which is unfavorable to harvesting and storage of late rice and winter wheat production.
