1990年3～6月,采用间接血凝试验方法,对宜昌市490名健康人和81例妇科病人进行解脲支原体抗体水平调查。结果表明,健康人抗体阳性率为5.71％,GMT为1:3.42;性中抗体阳性率为5.90％,女性5.41％,两者无显著差异(P>0.05);妇科病人抗体阳性率(18.52％)明显高于健康妇女(1.89％),提示该地人群中存在解脲支原体感染,值得引起重视。
From March to June 1990, an indirect hemagglutination test was used to investigate the antibody levels of Ureaplasma urealyticum in 490 healthy people and 81 gynecological patients in Yichang City. The results showed that the positive rate of antibody was 5.71% in healthy subjects and 1: 3.42 in GMT. The positive rate of antibody was 5.90% in female and 5.41% in female (P> 0.05).
