观察使用丙烯酸酯塑料可摘义齿者32例,男10例,女22例,年龄55～70岁,既往史均有慢性消化道疾病(胃炎、结肠炎、胆囊炎),有16例使用义齿4～8年出现义齿过敏性口炎(皮肤敷贴试验阳性),有9例在使用义齿头3天发生局部中毒性口炎,其余7例未见义齿性口炎作为对照组。均检查口腔粘膜表面的细菌(镜检与培养),进行大便及唾液细菌培养。
32 cases of removable denture with acrylic plastic were observed. There were 10 males and 22 females, aged 55-70 years. Chronic gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, colitis and cholecystitis) were found in the past history. There were 16 cases with denture 4 ~ 8 years of denture hypersensitivity stomatitis (skin application test positive), 9 cases of partial detoxification stomatitis occurred in the first 3 days with denture, the other 7 cases without denture stomatitis as a control group. Both bacteria on the oral mucosal surface (microscopic examination and culture) were examined for stool and salivary bacterial cultures.
