我省乡镇企业产权制度的改革,经过了一个时期的思想认识和组织方面的准备,现在已经破题,正向全省展开。目前存在的主要问题是为什么要深化乡镇企业产权制度改革?怎样改革?对一些深层次的问题怎么看?一、乡镇企业不改革就没有出路乡镇企业为什么要进行产权制度改革?主要原因有两条。第一是党的十四大精神决定的。我们党决定在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制,实现由社会主义计划经济向社会主义市场经济,由粗放型经济向集约型经济
