这篇文章叙述了我们研制的 PPM-AM 制多路无线电遥测仪。它是用来同时测量高速旋转的燃气轮机叶轮、叶片上不同位置所受的振动应力。这种遥测仪是属“近程无线电遥测”。“近程无线电遥测”技术是一种在机械工业中测量旋转及运动零部件应变、振动、温度等参量的先进测试手段。本文在叙述了这种无线电遥测仪工作原理和结构之后,又对它在燃气轮、机叶轮、叶片振动应力测量中的一些问题作了深入的探讨。
This article describes the PPM-AM multiplexed radio telemeter we developed. It is used to simultaneously measure the high-speed rotation of the gas turbine impeller, leaves the vibration stress suffered in different locations. This telemeter is a “short-range radio telemetry.” “Short range radio telemetry” technology is an advanced test method for measuring parameters such as strain, vibration and temperature in rotating and moving parts in the machine industry. After describing the working principle and structure of this radio telemeter, this paper discusses some of its problems in the vibration stress measurement of gas turbine, turbine blades and vanes.
