《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》和《中华人民共和国企业所得税法实施条例》(以下简称实施条例)将于2008年1月1日正式施行。在权衡多方利弊之后.新税法已经将更多的税收政策利好集中于高新技术产业。然而在统一内外资企业所得税等方面究竟能够落实到何种程度,“下有对策”又将如何演变.我们拭目以待。
The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Enterprise Income Tax and the Implementation Regulations of the PRC on Enterprise Income Tax Law (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Regulations) will come into effect on January 1, 2008. After weighing a number of pros and cons, the new tax law has put more tax policies in favor of high-tech industries. However, in the uniform domestic and foreign enterprises income tax and other aspects of what can be implemented to what extent, “under the countermeasures ” and how they will evolve .We will wait and see.
