为评价激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视散光的准确性、稳定性及恢复速度,将LASIK手术752眼分为A(0~-1D)、B(-1.25~-3D)、C(-3.25~6.5D)三组,对手术前后不同时期的散光度及轴向变化进行动态观察和统计分析。结果:术后裸眼视力≥0.5者占97.3%,≥1.0者占88.2%,平均1.06±0.18;临床散光度由术前-1.56±0.42D降为术后-0.58±0.38D,下降了62.8%(P<0.01),三组病例的散光度矫正效果分别为25.0%、73.6%和76.5%;裸眼视力及散光度的矫正术后第一天就基本恢复,一周后趋于稳定;循规则散光由术前的74.3%降为23.7%,逆规则散光由15.6%升为62.2%,斜散光无明显变化。结论:LASIK治疗近视散光术后视力好,准确性、稳定性高,恢复速度快,但尚有一定的欠矫率,术后有逆规则散光增多的趋势,指导手术的软件系统有待于综合考虑各种因素进一步改进
To evaluate the accuracy, stability and recovery rate of laser in situ keratomileusis for treatment of myopic astigmatism, 752 eyes were divided into A (0 ~ -1D), B (-1.25 ~ -3D), C ( -3.25 ~ 6.5D) three groups, before and after surgery at different stages of astigmatism and axial changes of dynamic observation and statistical analysis. Results: Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 97.3%, ≥1.0 accounted for 88.2%, an average of 1.06 ± 0.18; clinical astigmatism from preoperative -1.56 ± 0. 42D decreased to -0.58 ± 0.38D postoperatively, a decrease of 62.8% (P <0.01).
