一、前言 目前，校长管理制度改革的一个热点问题就是校长职级制，这项工作在上海等一些地方已经开始试点，随着国家《关于加快推进事业单位人事制度改革的意见》的颁布，校长职级制的工作必将在中等学校中广泛开展。本文的主要目的是搜集目前中学校长对职级制的一些看法与建议
