研究了新型可聚集合表面活性剂DMDB的制备方法 ,介绍了产物的分离实验方法 ,进行了产品的合成和纯度的分析。用甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯 (DM)与月桂溴反应合成了新型可聚合表面活性剂甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵 (DMDB) ,并用红外光谱、高压液相色谱、凯氏定氮、临界胶束浓度与Craft点、电导率测定等方法 ,对产物进行分析。数据表明 ,产物为阳离子表面活性剂 ,其CMC为 6×1 0 - 5mol/L、氮含量 98.4 %、纯度 95.9% ,研究了产品微乳液的特性和电导率的关系 ,实验表明 :在A区域为油包水型微乳区 ,B区域为双连续微乳区 ,C区域为水包油型微乳区 ,3个区域的分布为 :A区 :≤ 2 0 % ,B区 :2 0 %~ 65% ,C区 :≥ 65%。
The preparation of a new type of aggregatable surfactant DMDB was studied. The separation experiment method of the product was introduced. The synthesis and purity of the product were analyzed. A new type of polymerizable surfactant, methacryloyloxyethyl dodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DMDB), was synthesized by the reaction of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) with lauryl bromide. The product was characterized by IR, Liquid chromatography, Kjeldahl nitrogen, the critical micelle concentration and Craft point, the conductivity determination method, the product was analyzed. The data show that the product is a cationic surfactant with a CMC of 6 × 10-5 mol / L, a nitrogen content of 98.4% and a purity of 95.9%. The relationship between the product microemulsion characteristics and electrical conductivity is studied. The experimental results show that in the region A As the water-in-oil microemulsion zone, the B zone is a bicontinuous microemulsion zone and the C zone is an oil-in-water microemulsion zone. The distribution of the three zones is: A zone: ≤ 20%, zone B: 20% ~ 65%, Area C: ≥ 65%.
